.DISCUSSION...A weak shortwave passing over the region is triggering
convection across SE Oregon which will continue through the evening
then come to an end between 9pm and midnight. This will be followed
by clearing skies and lighter winds overnight.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (60-80 percent) with a chance
                    (30%) of thunderstorms.
CWR.................10-20 percent.
LAL.................3.
Max temperature.....70-75.
Min humidity........35-40 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest to winds 8 to 14 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest to winds 10 to 15 mph.
Haines Index........3 or very low potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.
