* Central Idaho Dispatch Area weather impact summary (Zones 475
and 476)...
A low pressure system and attendant cold front will usher in
unseasonably cool temperatures today, along with gusty northwest
winds and rain and snow chances. Snow levels will fall to around
6500 feet MSL, with several inches of heavy wet snow expected
above 8000 feet MSL. Look for much lighter winds on Tuesday with
some lingering chances for light rain and high-elevation snow
showers as temperatures begin to gradually rebound. Some embedded
thunderstorms will be possible both today and Tuesday.

A low pressure system and attendant cold front will usher in
unseasonably cool temperatures today, along with gusty west winds
and rain and snow chances. Snow levels will fall to around 6500
