.DISCUSSION...A weak front will move through the area, enhancing
northwesterly flow. Diurnally driven winds along the slopes and
valleys, especially in the afternoon. No precipitation expected today
with the frontal passage. High pressure re-builds Monday. Conditions
will be warm and dry, but humidity values will remain above
critical thresholds. Onshore flow will support favorable overnight
humidity recovery. Upslope winds will turn more northerly and
strengthen as pressure gradients tighten.
