...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL COLUMBIA COUNTY
THROUGH 415 PM PDT...

At 352 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Vernonia. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central
Columbia County.
