A large change in weather over eastern districts will occur Thursday morning with unusually strong east winds pulling higher moisture levels into Arizona. While western districts will remain dry with afternoon humidity levels in a 10-15% range following poor to fair overnight recovery of 20-40%, eastern districts will improve such that afternoon values do not fall below 25% with good overnight recovery. Southeast gusts 25-35 mph will be possible with this moisture surge. Afterwards, isolated storms will be possible over mountain areas, albeit with low chances for wetting rainfall while producing erratic, gusty winds. ...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
