This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Very brief elevated fire weather conditions may be possible over
central and southern portions of the San Luis Valley today, where
southerly wind gusts to 25 mph will be possible later this afternoon.

Showers and weak thunderstorms are likely over our southeast plains
and southeast mountains later this afternoon and this evening, with
lightning and brief heavy rainfall the main concerns. Fog may also
be possible later tonight, mainly over the I-25 corridor and near
the mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Showers are expected to return to the mountains, mainly along the
Continental Divide, by this upcoming weekend.
