This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light but wind driven snow will be possible over the highest peaks
of the central mountains this morning, especially for northern and
western facing slopes. Travel may be difficult through these
areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Strong winds up to 60 mph are expected along the higher terrain
through the day Tuesday, but particularly along the leeward
slopes of the Sawatch, Sangre de Cristo, and Rampart Mountains.
Gusty winds of 45- 50 mph are expected within the prominent gap
flow prone areas of La Veta Pass and the Arkansas River Valley
from Fremont County into Pueblo County. These winds could make
driving difficult, especially for light and high profile vehicles.
