...AREAS OF BLACK ICE AND FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING...

Temperatures across much of the northern Piedmont in central
North Carolina remain near freezing this morning. Patchy freezing
fog is expected to continue through 10 am.

Motorists will need to be alert to the possibility of slick
spots from black ice. Motorists should exercise caution while
driving...especially on bridges and overpasses. Allow for extra
time to reach your destination and avoid sudden stops or
accelerations.
