.SYNOPSIS...
Precipitation will return to the area with rain and snow expected
before transitioning to mostly rain throughout the day Wednesday.
Unsettled weather is expected through the holiday before drier
conditions start to emerge for the weekend. The trade off for the
calmer weather will be colder overnight temperatures.

.IMPACTS...Stormy weather Tuesday through Wednesday night will
create difficult mountaineering conditions near the summit, with
local blizzard-like conditions, strong winds, and near zero
visibility. A high level of skill and experience in alpine
terrain, including use of GPS, is recommended for navigation and
camping in these conditions.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
4 AM PST WEDNESDAY...

.TUESDAY...A chance of rain in the morning. Snow through the day.
Rain and freezing rain in the afternoon. Snow may be heavy at
times in the afternoon. Snow accumulation near Paradise of 5 to
9 inches. Snow level near 3000 feet increasing to 4500 feet in
the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Rain, snow and freezing rain in the evening,
then rain, freezing rain and snow after midnight. Precipitation
may be heavy at times in the evening. Snow accumulation near
Paradise of 3 to 8 inches. Total snow accumulation near Paradise
8 to 17 inches. Snow level near 6500 feet. Ice accumulation of
less than one quarter of an inch.
.WEDNESDAY...Rain, snow and light freezing rain in the morning,
then rain and snow likely in the afternoon. Little or no snow
accumulation near Paradise. Snow level near 6000 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Rain and snow. Snow level near 6500 feet.
.THANKSGIVING DAY...Rain and snow. Light snow accumulations. Snow
level near 6000 feet.
