East Central Texas County in south central Missouri... * Until 730 AM CDT. * At 434 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. While little additional rainfall is expected, runoff from the heavy rainfall overnight will expand the flood area in Shannon County issued earlier in the night...as well areas between Raymondville and Summersville.
