Gusty northwest winds around 20 to 30 mph taper off through the
late afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Cold temperatures return Saturday night through Monday morning.
Minimum wind chills around -5 to 10 degrees on Sunday morning.
