.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire weather conditions will continue for each late
afternoon and early evening for the deserts onto the lower desert
slopes of the mountains with lowest humidity of 10 to 20 percent
with southwest to west winds with gusts to 25 to 35 mph. For this
afternoon and evening, it will be drier, but with weaker winds.
Today it will be warmer inland with not much change for Wednesday
and Thursday. Then gradually warmer for Friday through the
weekend. For the early and middle part of next week, not much
change with high temperatures for the deserts around 5 to 10
degrees above average and a few to around 5 degrees above average
for the coast and valleys. The marine layer will continue to keep
coastal areas cooler with higher humidity with a marine layer
depth of generally 2000 to 2500 feet.
