Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday The flood, lightning & limited heat threat will be present at least until Friday, as a abundant moisture reach the islands inducing an increase in showers.
