Gusty northerly wind expected until noon today, strongest
on the west side of the Valley and coastal range. Combination
of gusty wind and low relative humidity will bring critical
fire weather conditions to the Valley, Delta and adjacent
foothills through noon today. Cooler conditions continue
through Wednesday then warmer temperatures return late week.
