.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Southwest to westerly breezes over the Gulf waters will be strong
enough to mostly high risk designations for rip currents. In addition,
numerous offshore thunderstorms through this week will kick up pockets
of higher waves and surf that could bring a lot of hour-by-hour
variability in surf conditions.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

State Park Gulf Beaches.......Red
West Facing Gulf Beaches......Red
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....Red
Franklin......................Red
