.DISCUSSION...
A high pressure ridge will continue mostly clear to partly cloudy
skies over the area through Sunday morning. Temperatures will remain
slightly above normal with moderate overnight humidity recovery.
Gusty northerly winds will decrease and shift more easterly overnight
and more southeasterly during the day on Sunday ahead of a cold front.
This cold front will also bring an increasing chance of showers and
thunderstorms for Sunday afternoon and evening. The main threat from
the thunderstorms will be erratic wind gusts up to 40 mph, but brief
heavy downpours are also possible. Winds will shift more westerly
behind the frontal passage Sunday evening, and the showers and storms
should decrease after midnight.
