...Gusty westerly winds to continue through the afternoon hours...

Westerly winds of 30 to 40 mph with isolated gusts over 55 mph
are expected to continue through the afternoon hours over much of the
plains and the canyon area between Helena and Great Falls.

Anyone traveling on area roadways may encounter strong cross
winds, especially on south to north oriented routes. There may
also be instances of localized blowing dust that may temporarily
reduce visibility. Slow down and use caution if traveling and
expect variable driving conditions.
