.DISCUSSION...
Today will be another warm day for the West Coast and Western
Interior, with temperatures broadly reaching the mid 60s to mid
70s for areas not directly on the coast. Southwestern Alaska will
see continuing chances for showers through this evening. Tomorrow
will be 3-5 degrees warmer, with additional chances of rain
across the area. Both days in the Western Interior will see
broadly see minimum relative humidity values in the 30s percent,
with good overnight recovery. Isolated thunderstorms will be
possible in further east locations today, and across the Western
Interior tomorrow, with widely scattered thunderstorms possible
further east. The Southwestern Interior, including areas near
McGrath, may see wetting rains from these storms Thursday. The
Western Interior will have another chance for thunderstorms
Friday, especially to the south, where widely scattered storms
will be possible. Winds increase from the north Thursday.
