Subject: Changes to the Weather Prediction Center Days 3-7
Surface Progs Issuance Times Effective on or about December 17,
2025

Effective on or about December 17, 2025, the National Weather
Service (NWS) Weather Prediction Center (WPC) Days 3-7 Surface
Progs issuance times will be adjusted 4.5 hours later from 0430
UTC to 0900 UTC, and from 1630 UTC to 2100 UTC.  Although the
product issuance times are changing, products will remain on a
12 hour cadence.
