This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Numerous lake effect snow showers are expected south of I-94 and for
the Thumb region today, with embedded snow squalls possible. 1 to 3
inches of snow will be possible through this evening in the Thumb
region, with an inch or less expected elsewhere.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

There is increasing potential for several inches of accumulating
snowfall Saturday afternoon into Sunday as a low pressure system
tracks across Lower Michigan.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated. However, spotter reports of
snow accumulation would be greatly appreciated.

Huron and Lake St Clair.

Gale Warnings are in effect for all marine zones, with a Low Water
Advisory in effect for western Lake Erie. Please refer to the latest
Marine Weather Message (MWW) for more information.

Lake effect snow bands will impact the waterways today, with
embedded snow squalls possible.
