This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue to linger across the Caprock
early this afternoon as they track east towards the I-27 corridor.
Coverage in storms will increase towards the late evening as storms
begin to track off the Caprock. Although the overall severe threat
remains low, an occasional strong wind gust or instance of small
hail cannot be ruled out. Main threat will be heavy rainfall through
the overnight period which could lead to localized flash flooding
concerns across low-lying areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Additional thunderstorms are possible across much of the region on
Sunday afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall will once again be
possible. There is a chance of thunderstorms again late Wednesday
into Thursday.
