WEATHER SUMMARY FOR MINNESOTA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TWIN

It was another cool night across Minnesota. Breezy conditions were
noted across the southern part of the state.  As a result
temperatures were not quite as cold across southern Minnesota this
morning compared to yesterday morning. Temperatures ranged from near
20 in northeast Minnesota to the upper 30s southeast and 40 in the
metro.

Today will be dry but continued cool. Clouds will increase in the
south. On Sunday rain will move up from the south, with widespread
rain expected Sunday night. Snow will mix in across western MN and a
few inches are possible on grassy surfaces. Looking ahead, warmer
weather will return by the middle of next week.
