The National Weather Service in The Twin Cities has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Redwood County in southwestern Minnesota...
  Central Renville County in central Minnesota...

* Until 500 AM CDT

* At 102 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain falling across the warned area. 4 to 5 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Redwood Falls, Franklin, Morton, Delhi, Bechyn, North Redwood and
  Redwood Falls Airport.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
