...The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a flood
warning for the following rivers in North Dakota...

  Willow Creek near Willow City affecting McHenry and Bottineau

For the Souris River Basin including Willow City...Minor to Moderate flooding is occurring and is expected to continue.

. Runoff from melting snow is making its way to Willow Creek. Excessive
runoff will reach minor flood stage today near Willow City with water
levels continuing to rise through the week.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Willow Creek near Willow City until further notice
* At 12PM Wednesday the stage was...1442 feet
* Minor flooding is forecast
* Flood stage is 1442 feet
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by after midnight tomorrow and
  continue to rise to near 1445 feet by Tuesday morning. additional
  rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 1447 feet...County roads are closed with 3 houses cut
  off per Emergency Manager.
