  Northern Woodruff County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Prairie County in central Arkansas...

  Jackson County in eastern Arkansas...
  Cleburne County in north central Arkansas...
  Lonoke County in central Arkansas...

* Until 545 AM CST Thursday

* At 1138 PM CST, radar continued to show light to moderate rainfall
  across much of the warned area. Flooding has been reported in
  several locations in the warned area since this morning. Many
  areas have seen four to eight inches in less than 24 hours. With
  additional rainfall expected over the next several hours, the
  threat of flooding will continue.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
