This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon And Tonight.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Fayette, Lavaca, Gonzales,
and DeWitt Counties through 9 PM this evening. Addition light
sleet and light snow accumulations possible through the early
evening hours across these counties and significant travel
impacts are still possible.

Elsewhere, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for portions of
the I-35 corridor from Austin to San Antonio. Although precipitation
has ended in this region, patches of ice may reside through tonight.

A hard freeze is expected areawide overnight and Wednesday
morning. Lows Wednesday morning will bottom out in the teens
across the Hill Country and Central Texas and low to mid 20s

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.


Spotters are encouraged to report wintry precipitation and impacts.
