VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS FOR
LOCATIONS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE PECOS RIVER. A HIGH WIND WARNING
REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS UNTIL MID DAY. A WIND
ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE VAN HORN AND HIGHWAY 54
CORRIDOR...MARFA PLATEAU...BIG BEND AND THE STOCKTON PLATEAU AREAS
UNTIL MID DAY.
