THE NEAR SHORE WATERS OF COLLIER COUNTY THROUGH THE NEXT HOUR OR
TWO IMPACTING THE IMMEDIATE COASTAL/METRO SECTIONS OF THE NAPLES
AREA. THE MAIN CONCERN WITH THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL CAPABLE OF RESULTING IN STREET FLOODING. OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING STRIKES IS ALSO A CONCERN. GREATEST IMPACT THROUGH THIS
PERIOD WILL BE FELT FROM ABOUT I-75 TOWARDS TO COAST. MOTORISTS
ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE GREAT CAUTION. FLOOD ADVISORIES COULD
BECOME NECESSARY ALSO SHOULD THIS ACTIVITY PERSIST.
