AREA NORTHWARD INTO UPPER BASIN AND WEST PLAINS INCLUDING LINCOLN
AND SPOKANE COUNTIES. LOW VISIBILITIES HAVE REACHED DAVENPORT AND
WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD NORTH AND EAST THIS EVENING. MOTORISTS ARE
URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME IF TRAVELING ALONG
INTERSTATE 90...HIGHWAY 2...AND HIGHWAY 395 ACROSS LINCOLN AND
ADAMS COUNTIES...WHICH WILL BE SPREADING TOWARD WESTERN SPOKANE
COUNTY.
