A MIXTURE OF LIGHT RAIN...SNOW...AND POSSIBLY SLEET WAS MOVING
ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING. BREEZY
SOUTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 WERE COMMON ACROSS
THE OPEN AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA EARLY THIS
MORNING. TEMPERATURES WERE MAINLY IN THE 30S.

AFTER SOME EARLY MORNING RAIN PLAN ON WINDY CONDITIONS DEVELOPING
LATE THIS MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON WITH NORTHWEST  WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH. WINDS COULD GUST AS HIGH AS 45 MPH ACROSS THE OPEN AREAS OF
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST  IOWA. SOME LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS ARE
POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AS A COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE REGION.
LOOK FOR HIGHS TO RANGE FROM THE LOWER 40S ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN TO THE LOWER 50S ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA.

THE STRONG WINDS WILL SUBSIDE THIS EVENING AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS
IN. PLAN ON QUIET WEATHER TONIGHT WITH LOWS FALLING INTO THE
UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S UNDER MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES.
