A quiet weather pattern was observed across the High Plains today as
a warm front over southwestern Kansas inched further north towards
Dodge City this evening. Highs today ranged from the lower 90s in
southwestern Nebraska to the upper 90s in southwestern Kansas.

Upper level high pressure over the Central and Southern Plains will
persist through Friday afternoon. Meanwhile, the aforementioned
front is expected to advance further north tonight with low pressure
sitting over western Kansas through morning. Mostly clear skies are
expected tonight with breezy south winds and plenty of sunshine
returning on Friday.

Lows tonight will range from the mid 60s in northeastern Colorado to
the mid 70s in central Oklahoma. Highs on Friday will range from the
upper 80s in northeastern Colorado to the upper 90s in western and
central Kansas. A few lower 100s will not be out of the question.
