CLEARING IS EXPECTED BEHIND THIS COLD FRONT BY AFTERNOON...WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES TOPPING OUT ABOUT 10 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR
MID-SEPTEMBER. CONTINUED COOL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR
TUESDAY...BEFORE SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS BEGIN TO STEER ADDITIONAL
