It was a warm and breezy night across western and north central
Nebraska, with lows this morning in the upper 60s and 70s. One
more hot day is expected today, with highs nearing 100 degrees at
most locations. Winds will be locally gusty to 25 mph from the
south.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected tonight as a cold front
slides southeast across the area. Some areas will receive some
much needed rainfall.

Cooler weather is expected Wednesday behind the colf front, with
highs in the 80s.
