AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVED THROUGH SOUTHWEST
NEBRASKA THIS AFTERNOON IN ASSOCIATION WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM.
THE STORMS PRODUCED OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL
IN SOME PARTS OF LINCOLN AND FRONTIER COUNTIES. PERSISTENT CLOUD
COVER KEPT HIGHS NEAR 70 WHILE MORE SUNSHINE ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO REACH THE LOWER 80S.

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN POSSIBLE LATE THIS
EVENING THROUGH TONIGHT...GRADUALLY WORKING FROM WEST TO EAST.
LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S IN THE PANHANDLE TO THE MID 60S
IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.
