Skies began to clear overnight as a cold front continued to move
southeast across the area. Around sunrise, skies were mostly clear
in southern Indiana, but most parts of Kentucky had clouds.
Temperatures ran from the low 60s in the northwest around 70s in
southern Kentucky.

This afternoon was mostly sunny as high pressure and northerly
breezes brought in less humid and cooler air. Afternoon highs were
mostly in the low to mid 70s.

Tonight will be clear and cool as winds become calm. Look for some
patchy fog developing in the valleys around sunrise. Temperatures
will fall to the upper 50s and low 60s.

Friday will be a mostly sunny day with some high cloudiness sneaking
in from the northwest around sunset. Highs will still be below
normal, mostly in the low to mid 80s.

The weekend looks unsettled with scattered showers and
thunderstorms.
