CLEAR SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS PUERTO RICO...CULEBRA...AND VIEQUES
OVERNIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOW TO MID 70S IN THE
MOUNTAINS TO THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S IN COASTAL AREAS. WINDS WERE
LIGHT AND VARIABLE.

A VERY DRY AIR MASS WITH SAHARAN DUST WILL CONTINUE TO DOMINATE
THE LOCAL REGION DURING THE WEEKEND. VERY LITTLE SHOWER ACTIVITY
IS EXPECTED. HOWEVER...SOME SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP EACH
AFTERNOON OVER THE INTERIOR SECTION OF PUERTO RICO. MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURES WILL RANG FROM THE LOW TO MID 80S IN THE MOUNTAINS
TO UPPER 80S TO LOW 90S IN COASTAL AREAS. WINDS WILL CONTINUE
MAINLY EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.

ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...MARINERS CAN EXPECT SEAS UP TO 6 FEET
WITH WINDS AROUND 10 TO 20 KNOTS OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. SMALL
CRAFT OPERATORS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION DUE TO LOCALLY FRESH
WINDS.
