  S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 nm...
  S of Ocracoke Inlet NC to Cape Lookout NC out to 20 nm...
  Waters from Cape Lookout  to Surf City NC from 20 to 40 nm...
  Waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Cape Lookout NC from 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 1000 AM EST

* At 854 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 9 nm southwest of Ar345, or 14 nm south of
  Bogue Inlet, moving northeast at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural
           damage in high winds. Small craft could capsize in
           suddenly higher waves.

  Vicinity Of Atlantic, Ar275, Ar330, The Morehead City-Atlantic
