COUNTIES UNTIL 915 PM EDT...

AT 804 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A
LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
FROM AROUND EPHESUS TO PLANT WANSLEY...POWERS CROSSROADS...MORELAND
AND TURIN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

MANY LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA HAVE ALREADY SEEN A HALF INCH TO 2
INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS AND AN ADDITIONAL HALF
INCH OF RAIN IS LIKELY...WITH A FEW ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER ONE
INCH POSSIBLE.

RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES ACROSS
COWETA AND HEARD COUNTIES...INCLUDING AREAS AROUND PLANT WANSLEY...

PLANT YATES...MADRAS...DUNAWAY GARDENS AND SENOIA. ADDITIONALLY...
ROADS...WOODLANDS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS ARE SUBJECT TO MINOR FLOODING. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS
