* Until 215 PM CDT

* At 110 PM CDT...Surface observations were showing a rapid pressure
  drop behind the back edge of the rainfall. This was causing
  northeast winds to increase to 30 to 40 mph. Some locations could
  witness wind gusts close to 50 mph.

* Locations impacted include...
  Parsons, Coffeyville, Independence, Chanute, Iola, Neodesha,
  Fredonia, Cherryvale, Caney, Humboldt, Oswego, Yates Center, Erie,
  Chetopa, Altamont, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran and Thayer.
