* Until 1015 PM EDT

* At 926 PM EDT, rain showers capable of producing damaging winds
  were located along a line extending from 4 miles east of Toccoa to
  near Carnesville, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Clemson, Seneca, Carnesville, Central, Northlake, Pendleton,
  Westminster, Reed Creek, Lavonia and Gumlog.


Scattered trees and power lines will be blown down in the warned
area. Seek shelter inside an interior room.
