...Warmer today with more rain for midweek...

.DISCUSSION...A break from the recent precipitation is expected across
northern Lower Michigan today...outside of a small threat for spotty
showers developing near Lake Huron south of Alpena this afternoon.  More
widespread 60s and lower 70s are expected for afternoon highs...with
relative humidities dropping below 40 percent in spots.  More rain is
on the way for Wednesday afternoon and night...with another round of
potentially significant rainfall in store (1-2 inches of rain across
northern Lower by Thursday morning possible).
