the east at around 20 mph. Radar estimated precipitation amounts
were less than a tenth of an inch last hour. Coverage decreased
during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning
and into this afternoon, partly sunny, temperatures 67 to 75 degrees
with south winds up to 10 mph.
