* Moderate to heavy rain and snowmelt have been causing some minor
  street flooding with small streams running higher and faster over
  much of the west slope of the Sierra Nevada. Minor flooding may
  also occur along these small streams today.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Paradise, Auburn, Grass Valley, Placerville, Jackson, Brush Creek
  Rs, Downieville, Cisco, Quincy, Kirkwood, Blue Canyon, Big Bend
  Summit, Soda Springs, Pulga, Sierra City, Baxter, El Dorado Hills,
  Camino, Cameron Park, Paloma and San Andreas.
