A large area of light to moderate rain fell across Wyoming, Colorado,
Montana, Western Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota during the
past 24 hours ending at 12Z Monday. The heaviest rain fell across
upper elevations of the Rocky Mountains and the Black Hills of
South Dakota. Precipitation reports of one inch or more include:

Light to moderate rain is expected across central portions of the
Missouri River Basin during the next 24 hours.  One to two inches
of rain is expected across western portions of North Dakota, South
Dakota, Nebraska and surrounding areas.  However, no flooding is
expected with the forecast rainfall.
