This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western and southern
Adirondacks and the Mohawk and Schoharie Valleys in east central New
York.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

There is an enhanced risk for severe thunderstorms today, primarily
during the afternoon and evening hours. The main threat with
thunderstorms will be damaging winds, but large hail and an isolated
tornado will be possible as well. In addition, thunderstorms will
produce heavy downpours, which may result in isolated flash flooding
and minor flooding of urban, poor drainage and low lying areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

George Saratoga Region, Capital Region and Helderbergs, Taconics,
eastern Catskills and Mid Hudson Valley of east central New York and
southern Vermont.

There is a slight risk for severe thunderstorms today, primarily
during the mid afternoon through the late evening hours. The main
threat with thunderstorms will be damaging winds, but large hail and
an isolated tornado will be possible as well. In addition,
thunderstorms will produce heavy downpours, which may result in
isolated flash flooding and minor flooding of urban, poor drainage
and low lying areas.
