WINTER HAS RETURNED TO THE NORTHERN PLAINS WITH CANADIAN HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLING OVER THE AREA. READINGS IN THE TEENS TODAY WILL
DROP TONIGHT INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW ZERO FOR FRIDAY
MORNING. CLOUDS AND SOUTH WINDS WILL HELP BRING TEMPS MODERATE AND
RISE INTO THE TWENTIES FRIDAY...BEFORE A RETURN TO ARCTIC CONDITIONS
STARTING FRIDAY NIGHT. SOME LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE IN THE LAKE OF
THE WOODS REGION WITH ACCUMULATIONS AN INCH OR LESS FRIDAY NIGHT.
HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS WEEKEND WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS...WITH
LOWS BY SUNDAY MORNING OF FIVE TO FIFTEEN BELOW.
