DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS...WITH DRY CONDITIONS.
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 68 AT FLAGLER COLORADO TO 78 AT HILL CITY
KANSAS. WINDS VARIED IN DIRECTION ACROSS THE AREA...BUT MOST
SPEEDS WERE BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

OUTLOOK... AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP CONDITIONS ACROSS
THE TRI STATE AREA DRY THROUGH THIS EVENING. LOW TEMPERATURES
TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE LOW TO MID 50S. AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE WILL BRING BREEZY WINDS ACROSS THE HIGH PLAINS
TOMORROW...WITH SOUTHERLY WINDS GUSTING UP TO 30 MPH AT TIMES IN
THE AFTERNOON. CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION WILL INCREASE
TOMORROW WITH THE UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM...WITH ALL OF THE TRI STATE
AREA HAVING SOME CHANCES TO RECEIVE THUNDERSTORMS. HIGH
TEMPERATURES FOR MONDAY WILL BE ABOUT NORMAL IN THE MID TO UPPER
