PATCHY FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF 1 MILE OR LESS PERSISTED ACROSS
PARTS OF THE AREA AT 10 AM...ESPECIALLY OVER RIDGE TOPS AND OTHER
HIGHER TERRAIN LOCATIONS. THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT AND BURN
OFF THROUGH 11 AM. IF DRIVING THIS MORNING...BE ALERT FOR REDUCED
VISIBILITIES WHERE SOME FOG STILL LINGERS.
