...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...

AT 337 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM OVER LADORA...OR
NEAR MARENGO. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS EXTEND BACK WEST TO SOUTH OF
MARSHALLTOWN. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT AROUND 30 MPH. THESE
STORMS WILL BRING HEAVY RAIN WITH RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF AN
INCH PER HOUR IN SOME LOCATIONS...WITH AMOUNTS POSSIBLY UP TO 2
INCHES. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL BE FALLING ON SATURATED GROUND FROM
RECENT HEAVY RAIN AND WILL RESULT IN PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
IN LOW-LYING AREAS...AND MAY POSE A THREAT FOR LOCALIZED FLOODING.

NORWAY AND LADORA.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 INTERSTATE 80 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 205 AND 237.
