AREAS OF RAIN WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS IOWA EARLY THIS
MORNING...MOVING INTO PORTION OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA.
ELSEWHERE...CLOUDS WERE ABUNDANT. LOW TEMPERATURES SO FAR THIS
MORNING RANGED FROM THE MID 40S OVER NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO THE
UPPER 50S OVER SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

SCATTERED TO AREAS OF RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK NORTH NORTHEAST
TODAY...SPREADING ACROSS EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN.
RAIN WILL PERSIST ACROSS PARTS OF IOWA. RAIN WILL BECOME EVEN MORE
WIDESPREAD ON THURSDAY AS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TAKES AIM ON
THE REGION. THE WET WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
FRIDAY. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S OVER NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...TO THE MID 70S OVER EASTERN IOWA. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
RANGE FROM MID 40S OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO NEAR 60 ACROSS
EASTERN IOWA.

LOOKING AHEAD...FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WILL BRING SOME OF THE COLDEST
AIR OF THE YOUNG FALL SEASON. HIGHS BOTH DAYS WILL STRUGGLE INTO THE
50S...WITH SOME LOCATIONS LIKELY HOLDING IN THE 40S.
