SKIES CONTINUED TO BE CLOUDY ACROSS MUCH OF THE UPPER MIDWEST THIS
MORNING WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND THE WESTERN
SECTIONS OF MINNESOTA AND IOWA. SKIES HAD CLEARED OUT FOR THOSE
LOCATIONS THANKS TO AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER NORTH
DAKOTA. TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION RANGED FROM THE SINGLE
DIGITS ABOVE ZERO FOR WESTERN MINNESOTA TO THE 20S ACROSS MUCH OF
WISCONSIN.

THE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE IS NOT EXPECTED TO MOVE MUCH TODAY
KEEPING CLOUDS IN PLACE OVER MUCH OF WISCONSIN...BUT SOME
CLEARING SHOULD WORK INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND IOWA. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE TEENS TO THE 30S.

THE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL DRIFT EAST INTO MINNESOTA TONIGHT.
MORE CLOUDS WILL START TO SPREAD IN FROM THE WEST WHICH WILL LEAD
TO MOST OF THE REGION HAVING PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. LOWS
SHOULD AGAIN BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO...TEENS AND 20S.
