Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
339 AM CST Mon Dec 5 2016

Patchy dense fog developed across portions of northeast Iowa and
southeast Minnesota during the overnight hours. Otherwise, skies
were mostly cloudy across the region. Early morning temperatures
ranged from the upper 20s to mid 30s.

Mostly cloudy skies are expected across the region today as a weak
front slides through. A light wintry mix of rain and snow is
possible late this afternoon into this evening. Plan on high
temperatures ranging from the lower 30s over northern Wisconsin to
the upper 30s across northeast Iowa.

Chances for a light wintry mix of rain, snow, and possible freezing
rain will continue into the overnight hours. This may lead to a few
slippery spots on roadways. Otherwise, plan on low temperatures
falling into the 20s.
