A SLOW MOVING SYSTEM CONTINUED TO DRIFT SOUTHEAST ACROSS WISCONSIN
DURING THE LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS. SCATTERED SHOWERS
PERSISTED ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN EARLY THIS MORNING...
WHILE CLOUDS DECREASED OVER MUCH OF MINNESOTA...IOWA AND WESTERN
WISCONSIN. THIS ALLOWED PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG TO FORM OVER
PARTS OF EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN TO EASTERN IOWA.
TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING WERE MOSTLY IN
THE MID 50S TO MID 60S.

ONE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO EXIT THE REGION THIS MORNING...WHILE
ANOTHER DROPS INTO NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN THIS
AFTERNOON. MOST LOCATIONS WILL SEE A DRY MORNING BUT THE NEXT
SYSTEM DROPPING IN FROM THE NORTH WILL SPREAD SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FEW OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD BE STRONG
TO SEVERE LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING...WITH LARGE HAIL
THE MAIN THREAT. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 70S IN
EASTERN WISCONSIN TO THE MID 80S IN THE WEST END OF THE REGION.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DIMINISH AND END OVER THE
CENTRAL AND WEST PARTS OF THE REGION TONIGHT AS WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS IN. SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LOOK TO LINGER
OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS. LOWS TONIGHT ARE GOING TO RANGE FROM THE LOWER 50S IN
NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE LOW AND MID 60S ACROSS MUCH OF IOWA.

LOOKING AHEAD...A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL LINGER OVER
CENTRAL AND EASTERN WISCONSIN TUESDAY. PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY
SKIES ARE EXPECTED ELSEWHERE...WITH HIGH A BIT BELOW NORMAL.
